Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team at DataCareers. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of full stack developers and guiding them in the development of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full stack developers in the development of software applications
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design and develop software applications using full stack development principles
  • Ensure that all software applications meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong background in.Net/C#
  • At least 1 year of experience in a senior developer role with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring junior developers
  • Experience in event-driven architecture and domain-driven design principles
  • Strong RDBMS skills including SQL Server
  • Knowledge of appropriate software architecture patterns
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Sitecore/Umbraco or similar CMS
  • Azure skills including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
