Job Overview

DataCareers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team of.Net Developers. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring junior Developers, as well as training and developing the skills of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of full stack.Net Developers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain clean, secure, and well-tested code in.Net/C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior Developers, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the team's skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience developing full stack applications in.Net/C#.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Senior Developer role, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring junior Developers.
  • Strong knowledge of Umbraco CMS, RDBMS, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with software architecture patterns and design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Azure skills, including Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
