About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at DataCareers. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of full stack developers and guiding them in the development of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full stack developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
  • Design and implement software architecture patterns and ensure scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a full stack development role
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and design principles
  • Experience with Azure, including Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
