Role Overview

The Earlham Institute is a leading bioscience hub seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and effective customer engagement.

This role will play a pivotal part in delivering commercial income growth, working closely with the Earlham Enterprises Ltd team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of clients.

You will have previous experience in consulting, commercial operations, sales support, or related roles within the biotech, healthcare, or genomics industries.

Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing technical service updates, lead generation and conversion, negotiation and agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills and be able to identify and cultivate leads to secure repeat business.

A salary on appointment will be within the range £55,500 to £61,300 per annum plus commission depending on qualifications and experience.
