We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our team in delivering high-quality Outdoor Learning programs

In this role, you will work closely with the Learning team to ensure the smooth operation of activities, manage systems and processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide meaningful outdoor experiences.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include administering learning activities, maintaining databases, and providing technical support for information management systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum pro rata, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

About the role:

  • Administering learning activities, including booking and managing student, trainee, and group visits.
  • Maintaining and providing technical support for the Salesforce Information Management System for bookings, grants, and data tracking.
  • Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Supporting Health & Safety, safeguarding, and risk assessment implementation in line with Trust policies.
  • Coordinating and maintaining digital records, including training logs, feedback, and activity reports.

This role is ideal for someone who is happy assisting with a variety of tasks, taking a proactive approach, and using their initiative. You will have a good eye for detail, be methodical, thorough and reliable, and have a positive, friendly manner.
