In this role, you will coordinate and manage various aspects of our Outdoor Learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include administering learning activities, maintaining databases, and providing technical support for information management systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum pro rata, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

About the role:

  • Coordinating and managing Outdoor Learning programs, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Administering learning activities, including booking and managing student, trainee, and group visits.
  • Maintaining and updating databases, including training logs, feedback, and activity reports.
  • Providing technical support for information management systems, including Salesforce.
  • Liaising with contractors and farm staff to manage site maintenance and vehicle operations.
  • Ordering resources and supporting the delivery of learning programmes, events, and training sessions.
