About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT and Telecoms Account Manager to join our team in Aldershot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the IT and telecoms industry. You will be confident in your ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term relationships

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £50k - £70k

Requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience within the IT and telecoms space (ideally)
  • Financially driven, hungry for success, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Can be self-sufficient for lead generation with net new and existing clients
  • Ability to build working relationships with key decision makers
  • Takes ownership and accountability of targets and success
  • A team player who enjoys working with people and contributing to overall success
