**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented Sales Director to lead our efforts in the Construction Industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and development, while also providing advance training to local teams and analysing KPI and KAI for the sales region covered.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with targeted accounts
  • Identify sales strategies to increase diversification in products and applications
  • Support local teams with current accounts focusing on closing new business
  • Provide advance training to local teams supporting the local General Manager
  • Analyse KPI and KAI for the sales region covered to evaluate potential business opportunities in the region

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the industry
  • 5+ years of sales experience in builder and commercial segment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Ability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College (BSc or BA)

**Estimated Salary:** $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
