Job Title: Staff Nurse - Fertility

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Fertility team at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our fertility services.

About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse in our Fertility team, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the Trust's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the clinical management of the department, maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
  • Participate in the development of good working relationships within the team and ward/department area.
  • Contribute to the setting and auditing of research-based practice to develop new guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records, ensuring patient care is a current reflection of treatment and advice.
Person Specification:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

  • RGN/EN with relevant experience and competency.
  • Working knowledge of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Scope of Professional Practice.
  • Standards for the Administration of Medicine.
  • Records & Record Keeping.
  • Awareness of the HFEA code of practice.
