We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team based in Godalming.
Ian Williams Ltd is a leading property services contractor that provides safe, secure, and supportive working environments for its site and office-based teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and supervise the running of response and maintenance works on site, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Organize workload, labour planning, plant, and material orders to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with Ian Williams Ltd's policies and procedures on Health & Safety and CDMs.
- Communicate costs, progress, and variances to surveyors and management regularly.
- Carry out effective inductions to the direct and subcontractor workforce.
- A trade background (all trades considered) with a qualification of NVQ level 2 or above/equivalent.
- SMSTS would be advantageous.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Pension contributions.

- Regular training and performance reviews, with funding towards job-relevant qualifications.
