About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our service users, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
- Assist dental operators with clinical procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor and record treatment, identifying any complications and taking necessary actions in accordance with local and national protocols.
- Liaise with the dental team and senior leaders to maintain the effective running of the dental service.
- Anticipate the operator's requirements, practicing four-handed dentistry to improve speed, efficiency, and comfort for the service user.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent, a National Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 or equivalent, and registration with the General Dental Council. A Certificate for the examination in the care of the service user by the awarding body, the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN), is also desirable.
