Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate off-site resources effectively to ensure seamless delivery of drainage services.

  • Monitor and report on contract performance to ensure it meets standards and targets.
  • Address performance or personnel issues promptly to maintain high levels of service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Price new works using contract-specific rates to ensure profitability.
  • Handle quotations and customer management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Consistent management of safe working processes, with a focus on minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.
  • Possession of a CSCS card, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety.
