Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Curated Experience Lead when needed.
- Collaborate in the coordination of events and activities, ensuring alignment with client milestones for annual Workplace Programming.
- Work closely with the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Team to verify and organize insurance documents and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and promptly send out confirmations.
- Manage the event calendar effectively.
- Source and develop engaging events and activities.
- Create or compile compelling written content for events and activities across multiple platforms.
- Oversee certain events on-site, from planning to execution, ensuring a safe environment and delivering high-quality experiences.
- Conduct site visits with potential partners and event producers.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets for events and activities.
Professional and Personal Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Events Management.
- Proven experience in Event Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management tools.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
