About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fragrance Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our store and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in achieving sales objectives and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of Fragrance Consultants to achieve sales and productivity goals
  • Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage staffing levels, risk management, physical security, and inventory control
  • Support the development of Fragrance Consultants' skills and knowledge to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible service to customers
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty, or luxury environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales and productivity goals
