Job Description:

This Autism Support Assistant role requires a passionate and confident individual to provide one-on-one support to non-verbal students in an Ofsted 'Good' rated primary school in Barking & Dagenham. The successful candidate will assist students with emotional regulation and basic tasks, while encouraging progress and attainment.

Key Requirements:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a reputable UK university
  • Prior experience working with SEN children is essential
  • The ability to support Autistic children without formal training is crucial
