As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be an important part of our production process, responsible for the smooth operation of machinery and ensuring that production can be carried out in the most effective and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and plant to minimize downtime and fault finding in a fast-paced and large-scale manufacturing environment.
  2. Assisting with root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and general daily operational efficiencies to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborating with the Engineering team to implement new plant and equipment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  4. Providing clear examples of reactive and preventative maintenance, leveraging knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety to maintain a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer (NVQ or equivalent) with a proven track record of success in FMCG Manufacturing, preferably with Food experience.
  2. Seasoned Maintenance Engineer with a strong understanding of Health & Safety and the ability to provide clear examples of reactive and preventative maintenance.
  3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and a passion for continuous improvement to drive business growth.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Engineering team to achieve common goals.
