International Payroll Specialist

At Portfolio Payroll, we are seeking an experienced International Payroll Officer to support our team in delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for Swiss and Italian payrolls with outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide assistance with internal and external audits, validating payroll data and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Validate and incorporate payroll-specific input related to payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Respond to payroll queries from internal employees, managers, and external stakeholders, providing payroll data upon request and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Process and submit payroll postings to Finance via payroll system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports to support third-party payments, highlighting key payroll metrics and trends.
- Liaise with People Services teams to ensure accurate capture and processing of payroll-related changes, adhering to monthly payroll deadlines.
- Prepare files for submission to payroll providers, including new hires, leavers, and pay-related changes, ensuring seamless communication and processing.
- Collaborate with local Swiss and Italian Payroll Officers for support and payroll checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for Financial Accountants, highlighting key payroll metrics and trends.
- Seek validation of payroll absences before calculation of annual leave entitlement, ensuring accurate and compliant processing.
- Manage leaver payroll-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
