A leading regional main contractor based in Norfolk is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a c£5m project in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard of finish.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all site management functions, including health and safety, programming, and progress monitoring. They will also be expected to liaise with clients and suppliers, as well as act as a mentor to junior members of the team.
