About the Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across the South East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction contractor, specializing in CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee project delivery to ensure client specifications are met
  • Regularly review progress and coordinate with the Pre-Contracts and Project Finance teams
  • Manage subcontractors, construction workers, and site safety
  • Conduct site checks and ensure cleanliness
  • Manage health and safety documentation, review RAMS and COSHH assessments, update project plans, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Lead meetings, manage site inductions, and maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality project completion

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of on-site experience with a strong background in construction, property, or building
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing programmes of work
  • Familiar with CDM 2015 regulations
  • Expertise in reading construction drawings, managing M&E systems, and overseeing office relocations, refurbishments, and IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills, experience with contracts and tendering, and a client-focused approach
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Warden, and NEBOSH certifications
  • Flexible with travel and site duties, possess a clean driving licence, and have experience with Procore or similar software
