Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including project managers, quantity surveyors, and site managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong understanding of electrical safety protocols.
  • Valid electrical qualifications and certifications, including NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
