**About the Role**

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in our supported living service in Guildford
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
* Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and engage in activities that promote independence and confidence
* Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans
* Demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure in your approach

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.64
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
* Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour

**Requirements**

* A genuine caring attitude and passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins at the service at least once a week
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
* Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
