Caregiver Opportunity

As a Care Assistant at Claremont Court Care Home, you will provide personalized care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and mobility. Your warm and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

• Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication administration
• Be alert to residents' physical and mental well-being at all times
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe living environment
