We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our payroll operations team in Sheffield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Anna Maher Consulting Ltd, a leading global service provider, and play a key role in supporting product users post onboarding.

As a Payroll Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading all payroll customer advisors, ensuring they meet SLAs and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, ideally with a professional payroll qualification (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or similar).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing poor performance using the Disciplinary and Performance Improvement Procedure
  • Ensuring GDPR processes are adhered to and all incidents are reported through the correct channels
  • Responsible for all team training, ensuring training materials are kept up to date

We offer a competitive salary of around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
