Speech and Language Care Professional

Job Summary: As a Speech and Language Care Professional, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing expert care to individuals with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, developing and implementing tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
Salary: Up to £49,100 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
You will have the chance to assess and manage individuals with complex mental and physical health needs, working collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
- Assess and manage individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
- Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
- Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- A competitive salary up to £49,100 per annum (dependent on experience).
