Opportunity to Lead and Mentor at Meallmore

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Greenan Manor Care Home in Doonfoot, South Ayrshire. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
  • Oversee all aspects of the shift, ensuring seamless delivery of care
  • Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting best practice and professional development
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the NMC (RGN)
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks
