We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore Care Home in Doonfoot, South Ayrshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role:- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs.
- Mentor and support your team members, promoting best practice and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Current registration with the NMC (RGN).
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
