We're looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at tombola. This role involves working with a group of security-minded professionals to develop and maintain a suitable security posture while balancing the need to remain competitive.

You'll be responsible for communicating and delivering an effective technical compliance framework, working closely with compliance, technology teams, and the wider business to manage and mitigate security and technology risks.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving our ISMS, policies, standards, and processes, as well as leading audits with external test houses and Group compliance teams to ensure our technology platforms and game offerings meet all technical compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be technically competent, with a strong technical background and knowledge of security frameworks. You'll also need to have sound problem-solving skills, risk awareness, and excellent communication skills.
