The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring commercial and cost reporting aspects of allocated projects and portfolios of works. You will also support programme and project teams to ensure full compliance with contract and corporate governance rules.

Key responsibilities include leading commercial reviews and valuations of contractor applications for payment, providing proactive advice on changes, and producing commercial correspondence and contractual notices. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract administration, ensuring that commercial records are retained and archived properly, and managing final account settlements.

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A degree qualification in construction commercial management is essential, and knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading transport solutions company, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
