About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Get Laid Beds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our portfolio in our key sectors.
  • Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate and support GLB field sales resources.
  • Utilise our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted offers and campaigns.
  • Provide market insights to shape future product development and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships internally to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
  • Familiarity with the student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care markets is a plus.
