We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop long-term relationships with client companies using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking.
  2. Listen carefully to client needs and deliver a consultative solution by understanding precise demands in terms of candidate skill sets.
  3. Implement searches using internal and external methods, ensuring thorough candidate interviews at different stages of the hiring process.
  4. Work with internal teams to handle paperwork, administration, and invoicing correctly.
  5. Actively search for new candidates, collect and review applications, and contact nominees' referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
  6. Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates, offering advice on pay rates, training, and career progression.
  7. Pursue new clients and grow company business by partnering with key stakeholders.
  8. Achieve sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue).
