Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective mental health care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes and experiences.

• Support the development of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring best practice in mental health care.
