Job Summary:
Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd, a leading insurance recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Insurance Business Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will provide administrative support to the Data and team, ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users on internal systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with brokers to obtain necessary information and ensure business records are up-to-date.
- Support senior leadership with diary management, meeting coordination, and ensuring team members are informed of relevant meetings.
- Deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner, booking appointments and assisting with inquiries.
- Compile, update, and reconcile management information using MS Excel, including daily and weekly data analysis.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
