Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Sheffield. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging between £32,000 - £35,000.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a thriving community in one of our latest BTR schemes.
- Engage directly with residents, enhancing their living experience through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team across the UK to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Assist in the mobilisation and management of our Kangaroo Works site.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, developing strong resident engagement strategies to promote a sense of community.
- Promote Kangaroo Works through social media, networking, and local community events to drive interest and occupancy.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring contractor activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and adherence to company standards.
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing 'A' level(s) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors, with a proven track record of success.
- Adept in property lettings and management, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
