A new opportunity has arisen for an Education Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd, supporting students with complex needs in a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support and create a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field, and experience working with young people. Relevant skills and qualifications may include childcare, tutoring, nursery work, sports coaching, charity involvement, or classroom assistance.

As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to students with Autism and Complex Needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and performance

This is a long-term temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Salary details are as follows:

Estimated Salary Range: £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience, training, and qualifications)
