Job Description: Land Development Project Manager

Overview:

Robson Forensic is a leading expert witness consulting firm providing technical expertise across multiple fields. We are seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage land development and site/civil/heavy construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in land development and/or site/civil/heavy construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, safety, construction means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, and quality control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
