About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable LGV 2 Driver to join our team at our Carlisle Depot. As a Yard Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our yard, ensuring that our vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping the yard clean and tidy, including sweeping and litter picking
  • Controlling the bin stock, cleaning, repairing, and sorting bins
  • Digging out and cleaning vehicles for pre-inspection and MOTs
  • Driving our LGV 2 vehicles to cover holiday and sickness
  • Providing site operational requirements by dispensing duties as described by the Site Supervisor
