Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LGV 2 Driver to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a Waste Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, handling bin inventory, repairing bins, and preparing vehicles for inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety for yourself, your colleagues, and others affected by the operations under your control.
- Adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment at the Depot.
- Drive LGV 2 vehicles to cover absences due to holidays and sickness.
- Fulfill site operational needs as directed by the Site Supervisor, which may include litter picking and manual tasks.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Class 2 license, Digi Card, and CPC certification.
