We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our graduate programme in construction management for transportation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing complex construction projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
About the RoleThis two-year programme is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities in construction management, focusing on transportation projects. You will work closely with experienced professionals, receiving ongoing support and mentorship throughout your journey.
- You will assist project teams in managing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required safety and quality standards.
- Produce and monitor short-term programmes, reading design drawings and administering progress records.
- Contribute to package meetings, site progress reviews, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Establish relationships with trade contractors and assist construction managers in various aspects of the build process.
