We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Change Delivery team at BSI. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, shaping, and leading the delivery of complex projects within the Group Change Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver project outputs to agreed time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Potentially deliver several projects simultaneously, depending on their complexity.
- Ensure that BSI's Change Delivery Framework is applied to all projects and that project deliverables comply with the standards set by the EPMO.
- Work closely with Sponsors/Business Owners to ensure their expectations are managed, there are no surprises, and the required outcomes are achieved.
- Identify stakeholders and ensure their interests/needs are understood and met.
- Establish/shape complex projects and define workstream responsibilities.
- Define and manage project plans and dependencies across multiple workstreams and with any external suppliers.
- Hold members of the team accountable for their deliverables.
- Define and manage project budgets and resource plans.
- Establish effective project governance, including Project Steering Boards, which you may Chair.
- Manage issues, risk, and ensure timely escalation where necessary.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through agreed processes.
- Manage 3rd party resources and integrate them into the team's ways of working.
- Experience using Microsoft Projects (MS Projects).
- Extensive experience of portfolio/project management within multi-disciplined and commercial environments both as a direct resource and managing others.
- Demonstrable record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Experience managing project teams of 20+ people.
- Strong leadership and line management skills.
- High level of stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Qualification such as: APM, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile Certification etc.
- Change Management Qualification such as: (APM, Prosci etc.)
