Investment Analyst Opportunity

Core-Asset Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join their team in Dundee. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking third-party fund and manager research, supporting various projects, and undertaking ad hoc work as required by the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on investment trusts and funds to provide high-quality recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers and other industry professionals.
  • Support the development of investment strategies and asset allocation models.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including pitch books and client presentations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fund selection and research, ideally in the investment trust sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and FactSet.
