About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Actuarial Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As an Actuarial Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the actuarial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing exclusive and potential clients in the actuarial sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality actuarial talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
  • Market Insight and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the actuarial profession, providing expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented in the CRM system, and prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
