Actuarial Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Actuarial Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the actuarial industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing exclusive and potential clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality actuarial talent, maintaining a robust database of actuarial professionals.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, coordinating and facilitating interviews between clients and candidates.
- Market Insight and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the actuarial profession, advising clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented in the CRM system, preparing and presenting regular recruitment reports to management.
