Education Support Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in school administration or a similar field, with proficiency in using SIMS.
Applicants with strong administrative skills from other sectors will also be considered, but must be willing to learn new skills and adapt quickly to our dynamic team.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should be able to multitask, possess a friendly personality, and be outgoing. You will be responsible for inputting details onto SIMS, answering phones, typing letters, filing, faxing, photocopying, and dealing with parents and pupils.
