Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Secondary Teaching Assistant (SEN) at Protocol Education Ltd.

This is a full-time position, working from 8:30am until 4pm. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students with special educational needs in a secondary school setting.

  • Classroom Support: Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support and assistance to students with SEN. This may involve helping with class activities, providing additional explanations, or adapting learning materials to meet students' specific needs.
  • One-on-One Assistance: Provide focused support to individual students, offering guidance and reinforcement to help them overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special needs.
