Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to join our team at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead strategic sourcing strategies to procure goods and services across multiple categories.
  • Monitor market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and minimize financial risk.
  • Perform spend analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and manage RFx processes to select suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Lead negotiations to secure optimal value and minimize business risk.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve sourcing processes and drive innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of corporate procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
  • Experience in negotiating agreements in multiple regions, including the UK, US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
  • Strong category management knowledge, including spend analytics, sourcing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and experience with Ariba and SAP preferred.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Excel, and experience with BI software a plus.
