The Senior Sourcing Lead will play a crucial role in shaping procurement strategies and supporting Divisional Sourcing Directors in sourcing, negotiating, and implementing global suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of global sourcing events, e-Sourcing tools, and strategic vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Divisional Sourcing Directors to create comprehensive sourcing plans.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years in professional procurement, with demonstrated experience in sourcing, negotiations, and delivering savings.
  • Proven experience in engaging and influencing reluctant stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.
