Job Opportunity: Cardiac Physiologist - Echocardiography Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist to join our team as an Echocardiography Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to support a new primary care support programme for the region, helping to identify patients with undiagnosed heart failure or follow up of heart failure.

Our team focuses on supporting equality of care programmes for patients with longer-term conditions. Echos will be undertaken in the community and from Norfolk Clinical Park.

As an Echocardiography Specialist, you will collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure high-quality imaging standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals;
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality imaging standards;
  • Support the delivery of training and education programmes;
Person Specification:
  • Certified Echocardiographer (BSE, EACVI or equivalent)
  • Strong technical skills in echocardiography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to patient care
