Job Description

Lincat is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, supplying products to a wide range of businesses across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive the growth of our international business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Export Territory Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive export sales strategy to achieve targeted growth and increase market share.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers in overseas markets, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our product range and capable of achieving maximum sales.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets, and develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Export Marketing
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive export marketing strategy to promote our products and services in overseas markets.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
    • Manage and maintain our online presence in overseas markets, including our website, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including trade associations, industry events, and other stakeholders.
  • Essential Skills
    • Proven experience in export sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of international business practices and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Desirable Skills
    • Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
    • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
    • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
