Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.
  • BUILD AND NURTURE LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the organisation to ensure timely processing of new and renewed business.

Requirements:

  • Ideally previous knowledge within Healthcare / Medical but not essential.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Account Management
  • Sound knowledge of sales and negotiating principles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload, while seeking new opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM software. An aptitude for learning new systems is desired.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum + Monthly Profit related bonus (OTE circa £35,000pa) and benefits including 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, EAP, Free Parking, Social team events.
