Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the legal team with secretarial tasks, typing, filing, scanning, and general admin support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or admin professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
